With the vision to establish individuality in every student, Pavna International School was established in 2022 bearing the motto “Be yourself” by the Pro-Vice Chairman, Mr. Swapnil Jain. By bringing in infrastructure, faculty as well as accreditation from Cambridge Assessment International Education, Mr. Jain has established the school to give every student an opportunity to discover his talents and explore them. With state-of-the-art classrooms, amenities, accommodation and cafeteria, this school has been made a class apart with places like an Experiential Learning Zone, Bibliotheca and Talent Display zone, where students are encouraged to hone their talents and skills with the expert guidance of teachers.
Mr. Jain not only visualized the school as an academic center, but also ensured that students are equally given opportunities to hone their talents in sports with a sprawling all-weather swimming pool, cricket ground, tennis, basketball, badminton and volleyball courts, table tennis and chess facilities. Students are always inspired to participate in learning through music, dance and art as the classes are beautifully integrated with the help and guidance of Mr. Jain and a team of expert facilitators. He believes that the school should be the pad where students can write their own unique story.The activities and interactions are planned to make students flexible and adaptable for an ever-changing future. Under the guidance of Mr. Jain, the school has also organized a Christmas Carol in 2022, the first of its kind in the city of Aligarh mesmerizing not just the populace and parents here, but from all across the country.
He also highlighted the importance of letting the students contribute proactively in the planning as well as organization of this mega event, where they were allowed to create and develop ideas experientially, intellectually, socially, and personally- without the fear of being judged. The teacher-student relationship as stressed on by him should always be an exchange process, where both can learn from each other to grow into a confident, assertive and emotionally resilient individuals of the society.
