Not only is he a passionate and zealous player himself, but also aims at providing expert guidance, counseling and training to all those cricket enthusiasts who will represent the sport in the future. He sincerely believes that one of the most important qualities a sportsperson needs is zeal. The Academy imparts training to players of various age groups who have represented the state in U-14, U-16, U-19, U23, and U-25 Championships. The members of this Academy have also represented UPCA and won many accolades as they are guided by a coach with BCCI experience.

Besides the Pavna Cricket Academy, this venture also runs a popular Taekwondo Academy which started in 2017, a Swimming Academy from 2019, and a Basketball Academyfrom 2023 in Aligarh The students are exposed to expert guidance with highly-qualified and well-experienced coaches curated and hired from all across the country. The students are regularly given opportunity and platform to prove themselves through several competitions, in and outside Aligarh. They get access to the latest technology and equipment during their training and are also taught with the latest and most effective strategies used in the field. The students from this institutes have excelled in several tournaments in district and national levels without much hesitation, keeping the banner of Pavna soaringhigh.
